• All project fees are agreed upon in advance.

• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

• Late or missing payments may result in project delays, suspension, or termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

DzinePlus will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to:

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring product safety, compliance, and suitability for intended use.
